About Me
My Story
Hi, I’m Health Coach L — a mom of two, healthcare professional, and postpartum nutrition coach passionate about helping other mamas feel nourished and supported during one of the most fulfilling and challenging times in life.
Like many moms, my postpartum journeys were filled with more love and joy than I could imagine — but also exhaustion, feeling overwhelmed, and simply trying get by day-by-day. Despite loving to meal plan and cook in my everyday life, I quickly realized how hard it is to find the energy to do so with a little newborn, while also not knowing what was best to fuel my own body, making sure I was getting the nutrients I needed to heal and feel energized. That experience inspired me to build Food For Thought – For Mama — a place where moms can get the education and support they need to take care of themselves while caring for their little ones.
With over a decade of experience in client services across healthcare and wellness —I bring both professional insight and a deep personal understanding of the postpartum experience.
I would love to join your village as you bring your little one into the world! Through customized coaching, meal planning, and education, I will take the mental load off of anything food related during the early days, weeks, and months postpartum.
